Terms and conditions of BJOE ‘CREATIVITY CHALLENGE’ online Drawing contest

BJOE ‘CREATIVITY CHALLENGE’ online drawing contest is brought to you by BASF India Limited (“Company”)

♦      The drawing contest is open only to participants below the age of 18 from all states of India.
♦      Contest is valid from 18th August, 2023 to 31st December, 2023 ("Drawing Contest Period"). Company has absolute discretion to curtail or extend the Drawing contest Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
♦      Participation in this Drawing Contest is purely voluntary.
♦      By participating in this Drawing Contest, Participant agree to abide by these terms & conditions. Company reserves the right to modify these T & C without any prior notice and liability.
♦      Participant is required to submit their artwork online ‘Drawing’ through the link and Company will randomly select one person per week to get featured on their Facebook page i.e., BASG Agricultural Solutions IN.
♦      Company shall publish names of winner on its social media platform.
♦      Winners will be required to provide copies of valid proof of identification, proof of address etc. for verification purpose. In the event of any discrepancy, such winner/s will be disqualified.
♦      Company will deliver goodies to each winner at the address provided after due verification.
Data Protection:  By participating in the Drawing contest, participant agrees and grants the Company (and third party authorised by the Company) the right to edit, adapt, use, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, copy, amend, store and broadcast in any media/platform, the participant’s name, video or photograph (images/ narratives) and likeness, without limitation, for administering this contest and any future promotion, marketing, advertising or publicity purpose in any media, without compensation to the participant and/or his/her successors and assigns.
Intellectual Property Rights: No person shall use the Company’s logo, brand names or trademarks to promote any products and/or for any reason whatsoever on any platform, without prior written permission from the Company.

No Liability

♦    Company accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment of any kind suffered by any participant by entering in the contest.
♦    Company will not be responsible for downtime on the website/ mobile App and related services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion).
♦    This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances beyond Company’s control. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Contest and the Terms will be governed by the laws of India and any disputes (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
